| General Information Belmont Hills is the perfect setting for group outings; beauty, tranquility and friendliness are our key ingredients to ensure a successful event. Our professional staff, with over 30 years of experience, will help organize your group so you can relax and enjoy Bermuda as well as your guests. From scorecards to prizes we offer all the amenities needed for any tournament. Our goal is to make your experience one you will not soon forget.
Group Sizes Our minimum size for group outings is 16 and the maximum is 120. We must have at least 40 players to arrange a shotgun start. Any numbers less than this will be straight tee times at 10 minute intervals, starting at your requested time.
Rates All rates are per person and include golf carts.

Initial Reservation Belmont Hills will require a 10% deposit of the estimated group size on confirmation of your group and the required date. 30 days prior Belmont Hills will require a 50% deposit of the estimated group size. You will receive a final invoice, less 50% shortly after the completion of your tournament. In the event that you do not meet the numbers of persons booked you will be charged for 95% of the number of spaces reserved.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation of a group outside of 30 days: Forfeit 10% deposit
- Cancellation of a group at 30 days before event: Forfeit 50% deposit
- Cancellation of a group within 30 days or less of event: Full charge for Golf Course
Rain Date Rain dates will be considered at the discretion of the Golf Professionals.
Professional Services Our professionals at Belmont Hills will assist to help run your tournament.
Tournament Fee The tournament fee is $5 per person. This fee includes scorecards, Cart signs, Scoresheets and proximity markers. Our professionals will tally all scores and results for you. They will also assist you with your prize giving on premises and by special request if your prize giving is off property.
Group Lessons If you would like a clinic for any golfers prior to the start of your event lessons can be arranged for them for a minimal fee of $8 per person per hour.
Beat The Pro If you would like to have special handouts for beat the pro prizes on a par 3 of your choice that will be arranged free of charge.
From the Golf Shop Prizes from the golf shop can also be arranged. We have a wide selection of merchandise as well as gloves, balls and clubs.
Dress Code Proper golf attire is required at all times. Please ensure that all participants are informed.
Alcohol on the Course Players are not permitted to bring their own coolers to the course. Beverages and snacks are provided by the courtesy cart.
Pace of Play Belmont Hills will enforce pace of play. When arranging groups for tee times we ask the organizer to please ensure that beginners and less experienced golfers are not in the same group. We would suggest that a scramble format is used to ensure that your group can move along at a relatively steady pace. In the event that a group does fall behind then we will reposition the group to keep play moving.
